These four houses were built around 1971-2 to the same unusual split level design as 25, 27, 29, 31 and 33 High Street; these four were built on land previously belonging to Church Farm. The gardens to numbers 7, 9 and 11 were extended in the 1980’s by the purchase of part of the paddock owned by the Old English Gentleman public house.
