English Heritage

This attractive residence dates from the 16th century; a Blacksmith’s shop and forge were at the rear.  The building with fine timbering, roof and chimneys has a delightful Tudor or Stuart atmosphere, and it was an inn, “The Three Horseshoes” until 1914.  It has a charming garden.
